A small start for your next build

Three free POD starter prompts

Plan your print-on-demand pipeline, collect ideas in a research inbox, and keep a human approval step before designs move ahead.

These are starter drafts, not tested results. Copy a prompt, fill in your details, and review what your agent builds. The showcase video and episode page are coming later.

Map my POD pipeline before I build it

text
I sell print-on-demand t-shirts on Etsy. Help me plan, not build yet. Make a plain-English map of a pipeline with these stages: niche research, research images, design generation, background removal, print prep, mockups, listing copy, publishing. For each stage, list what goes in, what comes out, and whether a human must approve it. I want exactly three human gates: niche, research images, designs. Put the plan in PIPELINE.md with one folder per stage and a CONTEXT.md in each. Don't write app code, don't use any API key, and ask me before installing anything.

A research inbox I can approve from

text
Build me a small local web app called Research Inbox. Read niche ideas from a CSV (niche, search phrase, why it might sell, product count, confidence). Show one card per idea with Approve and Reject buttons and an "Open Amazon search" link built from the phrase. Save every decision with a timestamp to a local SQLite file. Approved ideas go to an approved.csv export. Start in mock mode with 10 sample ideas. Use only free, local tools, and ask me before using any API key or paid service.

An approval desk for designs

text
Build a local web page that shows every PNG in a folder as a grid. Each design gets Approve, Reject and Regenerate buttons. Reject asks for a reason from a short list (text incorrect, too busy for small print, bad edges, off-niche) or a custom note. Move approved files to approved/, keep rejected files in place, and write all decisions with reasons to decisions.csv so a later step can learn from them. Never delete a file. Works on my phone over my home network.

All three prompts are free to read and copy. No email needed. Read the resource license.
